We have used Dermot's services on a few occasions now and every time we are very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of the market and his ability to interface with the various parties that are involved in the sale. He is able to communicate very effectively from the tenants to the lawyer. We felt that we were in safe, capable hands and that he was very proactive in ensuring that the agreement had all the appropriate clauses in it well before sale day making it seamless for both vendor and purchaser. He was also dealing with an additional overseas vendor but we always felt well informed even though we were in Covid lockdown circumstances at the time. Dermot was able to react and adapt quickly to the market conditions and ensure the sale went ahead despite the restrictions in place. It was reassuring to know that Dermot was backed by Barfoot and Thompson who are an impressive and professional company that demonstrated the utmost integrity in all their dealings with us. Once again we have been very happy to use Dermot's services and were delighted with the end result that Dermot and Barfoot and Thompson achieved for us.

Kanta’s attention to detail and personal approach made our selling and buying process much more smooth sailing and we knew we were in good hands. Kanta took us under her wing when we bought our first home 6 years ago, we appreciated everything she did for us. Not only did she take us through homes at the drop of a hat she also was on the look out for us and would be proactive with contacting us straight away with any new houses that would be of our interest that came on the market. It was a no brainer to use her again through our selling and buying process for our second home. Di and Amos were by far, the most professional real estate agents I have ever dealt with. Their original appraisal of the property and their open home reporting were the most comprehensive I have ever seen. Di kept in contact and offered very sound advice and support throughout the entire process. Our auction sale result was achieved after Di made an excellent suggestion about the level of our reserve.
