Di was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Di went above and beyond in helping to present the house at its best for the photos and open homes, turning up extra early to make sure the house looked perfect. Di is also the only Agent I have come across that will spend as much time helping a client find a new home as selling your home. Sara-Jayne has done a great job when she was selling my apartment. She was always happy to my questions and keep me posted with any progress during the open homes although we were only able to do that for two weeks due to the lockdown. We met Sara-Jayne at an open-home for an apartment that we were lucky enough to win at auction - SJ was great to deal with, initially taking us through what we would need to do at the auction, then to very foreign idea of bidding online. SJ was clear and extremely quick in all responses, informative and overall an excellent agent, as well as being a really lovely person to deal with. We would definitely recommend her !

When I wanted to move house in late 2020 I needed to make sure I bought and sold in the same market because things were moving swiftly and the banks were not very accommodating. I didn't want to end up selling and not having bought. Sara-Jayne handled everything superbly with me, I bought and sold with her and I've not looked back. Through Barfoot's she had access to some of the best housing stock and she really took the time to find the right property for me. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again, maybe in another 10 years .

Since late last year Gill and Sara-Jayne have been helping our daughter try to secure her first property in the current overheated market. When we were unsuccessful over a number of months we took a break from searching and concentrated on preparing another of our properties in the Pakuranga area for sale. Once it was ready for the market, we had no hesitation in trusting the listing to Gill and Sara-Jayne. As usual nothing was too much trouble. They professionally implemented the various steps in a friendly uncomplicated manner, with great communication and discussion being key to this. Our property went live on a Thursday, with the first open homes on the Saturday and Sunday. Sunday night they phoned with a pre-auction offer, which we did not accept, but within 30 minutes we had an acceptable offer. The Tuesday auction saw other bidders further increase the price, so it was sold within 5 days. We highly recommend Gill and Sara-Jayne for their professional, friendly, uncomplicated attitude to both buying and selling properties.
