Efficient, hard working and very determined to help support and achieve the best outcome

Michael had alot of knowledge and was able to explain and support any queries or questions I had. His responses to messages was prompt and finding information and relaying it back was very quick also. He gave up more of his time giving out flyers in my neighborhood and expected open home hours. He strived for excellence. My only criticism would be how quite he was not very talkative and alittle closed off, english may have been a barrier. Also sometimes the emails we recieved had our names wrong when addressing my brother and I. Overall thank you for helping us at this sad time and moving on allowing our family home to go to a new family.
