Our initial query was sent in the evening and the very next morning Jong called me... very fast and efficiently. From there we proceeded with viewing the Property (which we ended up purchasing) on the same day... all within 24 hours! Jong did it all, he referred us to a Mortgage broker, and also to a Property lawyer. Jong also met us at the auction and basically guided us through the entire process. Jong kept us on our toes and made sure we were prepared for the steps ahead. We basically had to provide the information, but Jong found the right people for us and guided us to successfully purchasing the property. Miss Sana Kaur has been very communicative. She stepped in when a certain situation became vacillating in our decision-making process on whether to proceed with the deal or not.
