While working in the Barfoot & Thompson Property Management sector (prior to moving into sales), I was #1 Property Manager in 2001 and 2009.
In a way, being a salesperson is a bit like being a life coach. When I meet people from different walks of life with different aspirations, I take on their story and create a strategy to achieve what they’re looking for. Being fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese I am sensitive to the many different cultures here in Auckland and relationships with my clients are based on mutual respect.
In addition to this skill-set and paramount to my success are my years as an investor and developer, I pay great attention to detail and have finely-tuned negotiation skills. I understand that communication is key and believe above all else, that vendors and buyers deserve my undivided attention
Specialising in the greater Eastern beaches area, I live locally and know the area like the back of my hand. My understanding of the local market provides a sound basis when formulating a successful strategy for marketing your property. When it comes to staging, I’m very hands on and I like to create a luxurious style to attract as many buyers as possible.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am well known in my community and involved with my local church.
