One of Bobs agents, Milu spent a morning showing me an array of homes for sale. I ended up moving further out to Gulf Harbour and signed up with another agency to buy out there, but an unfavourable building report caused that deal to be cancelled. Milu kept in touch and i ended up going back to a home she had shown me earlier 13 Madison Terrace in Millwater. The home already had an offer on it band through Bob and Milu we managed to secure the property, we had been looking for months and two previous sales did not eventuate, but third time lucky.
