As a first home buyer in New Zealand, I've had to go through a steep learning cure before I finally found our dream home. Jass was really knowledgeable and has keen insights which will help his customers in choosing their homes. We came to know about Jass, when we were already in the market for few months for our first home. We were at a point of pausing our search for sometime due to the experiences and outcomes we encountered. We initially discussed our situation with Jass. In my extensive house hunt, it felt that no believed me that we were serious house hunters. Buyers at an auction are never at any advantage, as no one walks the path beside you. Once through that, this has been the best buyer experience of all the houses we have purchased. This is the 5th house we have owned. It has ended a very exhaustive house search over years.
