With a background of more than 10 years in hospitality and five years in the exporting business, I am a service-oriented person with a keen sense of responsibility. I graduated from the renowned hotel school École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland. I also have a Bachelor of Tourism Management from Lincoln University, Christchurch. From previous work experience in hospitality and the export business, I gained extensive knowledge of sales, marketing and business negotiation. Keeping the lines of communication open is always my top priority. It guarantees all bases and are covered and ensures clients and customers are well-informed every step of the way.
I speak fluent English and Mandarin and beginner French. I love to discover the beauty of different cultures and I respect people from all backgrounds.
