Very smart and switched on agent. Sold my home gd price. Now find me one with what I had or better

Rosie. Worked well with both owners. Great at communicating info between parties. Professional and optimising the situation knowing the trends in the area . Using other open homes in area to benefit both properties. I did find she pushed her sales plan & calendar idea’s but it was to a great result. We still had overall control. Remembering you are paying for her knowledge and experience. She helped with ideas for open homes. What should stay or go. Didn’t mind getting har hands dirty. If you have a question. Just ask and she would find it out for you or direct you in the right direction. The idea of us getting the LIM report & a Building inspection report at my cost done seemed to be an unnecessary cost on me . But now looking at properties to Buy , if the reports were available at time of looking it wouldn’t be the financial guesswork, stress, and wasted due diligence costs of the home-buying process. Also I believe it helped with the price we were offered Over all Rosie is a wonderful person
