Rosie. Worked well with both owners. Great at communicating info between parties. Professional and optimising the situation knowing the trends in the area . Using other open homes in area to benefit both properties. I did find she pushed her sales plan & calendar idea’s but it was to a great result. We still had overall control. Remembering you are paying for her knowledge and experience. She helped with ideas for open homes. What should stay or go. Didn’t mind getting har hands dirty. If you have a question. Just ask and she would find it out for you or direct you in the right direction. The idea of us getting the LIM report & a Building inspection report at my cost done seemed to be an unnecessary cost on me . But now looking at properties to Buy , if the reports were available at time of looking it wouldn’t be the financial guesswork, stress, and wasted due diligence costs of the home-buying process. Also I believe it helped with the price we were offered Over all Rosie is a wonderful person

Brenda found this property and arranged a viewing. She had all the necessary information and answered all my questions. She also sorted a lawyer and finance at short notice that allowed me to go to auction and enjoy the process. After purchase she has been amazing, tidying up all the paperwork and even getting a property manager sorted. Derek was very helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. He was always easy to communicate with, responsive, and happy to answer any questions I had. Most of the houses I viewed were after work, but he was still willing to come along with me each time and was always patient, even when the viewings took longer than expected. During the property viewings, he was very thorough and paid attention to many details that I might otherwise have overlooked. Whenever I had questions, concerns or was unsure about something related to a property, he would patiently help me look into it, find the relevant information and explain it clearly. He also helped me better understand different properties and the buying process, which made it much easier for me to make informed decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. He was reliable, approachable and supportive throughout the whole journey, and I felt comfortable asking him about anything I was unsure of. Buying a house is a big decision, and having someone experienced and patient to guide me through the process made a real difference.
