Lorraine Willetts has done a fantastic job of marketing our rental property. Her expertise and knowledge helped us enormously and we found the whole experience so easy as Lorraine organised everything for us and kept us totally up to date with progress. We never worried about anything at all as we had complete faith and trust in Lorraine. We would highly recommend Lorraine to anyone wanting a stress free and positive outcome to renting their property out.

I purchased a property for rental in Blenheim whilst living in Auckland. The house wasn’t healthy home compliant and Janne organised trades to complete the work with the approval of the current owners before I took possession. Janne met me at the property the Monday after hand over. I gave her the keys and left her to take pictures for listing. I also suggested next time it is up for rental I would have the bathroom upgraded then left. By Tuesday Janne had a great tenant lined up and some quotes for the upgrade. She said one of the quotes meant the work could be done in the week before the new tenants took over. I said let’s do it and Janne made it happen. Renovation pictures arrived the day the tenants moved in. Amazing effort and a lovely renovation. This is property management that is top class and I am happy with having my other property managed by Baileys too.

Having used the Bayleys Marlborough rental team in Blenheim on previous occasions, we had no hesitation about going back to them again this year. Luckily nothing has changed ... they are still super professional and a delight to work with. And once again they have secured us tenants for the next six months with minimal fuss and maximum efficiency. We are impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and the quiet confidence with which they go about their work. That transforms what might be a daunting and stressful task for us into a smooth, hassle-free transaction. Special kudos to our property manager, Lorraine Willetts.
