Honest communications. In depth Explanations. Realistic Open and Helpful .

Was Professional, Knowledgable and Helpful with both ensuring we found the best possible option/choice for our needs, and in the slightly squishy Timeframe we had to work in especially given the current Market. Caring as too as she liased both open & honestly with Landlord as well, to ensure that she would be happy and comfortable with us being her Tenants . All bases totally covered too re any concerns with the Property, ensuring no misunderstandings might arise at VACATE time.

Grace was easy to deal with. She understood the slight urgency I had in trying to find something suitable. She responded to messages and calls promptly and nothing appeared to be an issue. I would certainly use Grace again.

Very fast and efficient service provided

Upon arrival at the rental property i knew the space was perfect for myself and my daughter. Given the date provided for move in, we moved straight in. My property manager is amazing to deal with, information to some house functionings were super helpful. Glad to be apart of Bayless and their awesome team.

Prompt responses, clear communication and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Provided excellent guidance throughout the process and clearly explained each step involved, including what was required when transitioning to new tenants. She was highly responsive, easy to communicate with, and happy to discuss matters both over the phone and in person. Her communication was always clear, professional, and transparent and she consistently followed through on anything she said she would do. Her approachable manner and thorough knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress free.
