Provided excellent guidance throughout the process and clearly explained each step involved, including what was required when transitioning to new tenants. She was highly responsive, easy to communicate with, and happy to discuss matters both over the phone and in person. Her communication was always clear, professional, and transparent and she consistently followed through on anything she said she would do.
