We recently faced a situation where our tenants moved out at short notice, and at a time when we had no capacity to manage the tenancy or find replacements ourselves. Without Lulu at Bayleys, we would have been completely stuck. From the very beginning Lulu took charge with remarkable efficiency. Thanks to her proactive approach, our property was vacant for only a week and a half. In that short time she arranged gutter cleaning, completed all required testing and reporting, and had new tenants ready to move in. It’s a turnaround we could never have achieved on our own. Lulu also identified we had been renting the property below market value. By securing a new tenancy at the correct rate, she not only saved us time and stress but also increased our rental income overall, including after payment of property management fees. Since signing the listing agreement with Bayleys Lulu has managed every step seamlessly. Her expertise in property management, combined with clear communication, has given us complete peace of mind. We know our house is in capable hands and have no hesitation recommending Lulu. We are extremely grateful for her work.
