Communication was excellent, professional and responsive. We really appreciated their effort, patience and support, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Aimieelee was a fantastic agent to work with. As we were moving over from Sydney, it was a bit nerve wrecking not being able to visit properties in person, but Aimielee was awesome. She was friendly, honest, and very thorough in our video call to view the property. I felt I was in good hands, and the property was exactly the way it was described. No hidden problems. We are very happy with our choice, and Aimielee even offered to help us transition to another home when this lease expires. It’s the kind of service that is rare, but very welcome and appreciated.
