Aimee from Bayley Marlborough was really wonderful to work with, when obtaining a rental property through them. Made the process really easy, keeping me informed and up to date along the way. Really friendly, helpful and going out of her way to help solve an issue with my power meter when I first moved in. I would highly recommend.

Probably the best team in town especially Lorraine Willets.

The rental market is very competitive these days which has resulted in it becoming common practice (but not best standard) for agents to not even both responding to applicants correspondence or communication unless they are a preferred applicant. This can be quite demoralising for many applicants who are on the recieving end. The team at Bayley's Malborough and Kaikōura maintain exceptional customer service and carry out their duties with a high standard of customer service that displays a very ethical and empathetic approach.

Bridie has provided me a home that is healthy, safe and feels like home. She made sure that I have a house to live in as when I needed the most as it's very hard to find houses here in Blenheim, but Bridie gave me confident in myself of never give up!
