We are not great organisers…. So it’s great that Bayleys does all the work looking after Tui place for us. In the years they have looked after the place it has been super stress free. They have managed to keep the property fully tenanted and with great tenants who have looked after the place well. Great photos and reports regularly to keep us informed. I am super happy with the service that Bayleys has provided.

I love how inviting Bayleys have been towards us, especially cause we are younger they have made us feel very included as not everyone wants to take a chance on younger people.
