What a pleasure to find our beautiful home through one of the most amazing and thoughtful agents we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Lorraine has been exceptional in her engagement with us and in resolving any concerns.

We are not great organisers…. So it’s great that Bayleys does all the work looking after Tui place for us. In the years they have looked after the place it has been super stress free. They have managed to keep the property fully tenanted and with great tenants who have looked after the place well. Great photos and reports regularly to keep us informed. I am super happy with the service that Bayleys has provided.
