The rental market is very competitive these days which has resulted in it becoming common practice (but not best standard) for agents to not even both responding to applicants correspondence or communication unless they are a preferred applicant. This can be quite demoralising for many applicants who are on the recieving end. The team at Bayley's Malborough and Kaikōura maintain exceptional customer service and carry out their duties with a high standard of customer service that displays a very ethical and empathetic approach.
