My son and I moved from North Island to Blenheim in April 2024 without knowing anyone. We only saw a sign house for rent and we just walked into Bayleys's office and then talked to a charming receptionist telling her we were looking for a home and found one. She gave us an application to fill up. It was only a few hours then I got a call from an agent asking if I would like to see the house. Unbelievably, it was a fast process. However,I still needed to do the application online which was not complicated. I finally got a place to live with the help of all Bayleys Malborough staff, Blenheim. I would like to special thanks to Karen Burrows, my agent. She was fabulous and helpful. Overall, Bayles is the best and I would recommend it to all my friends.
