I have been very happy with our property manager she is wonderful but feel very let down by the backing team, regarding a matter at our rental. Photos were sent in by the tenant and the team decided from the photos that we should pay to fix the broken item. There was no visit made to the property to see what had actually happened by the Bayley's team. Once we had been to investigate, the true came out from the tenant that her son had swung off it and had broken it off the wall. I would have thought that this should have been fixed by the tenant but not according to the property team.

Stacey is a fantastic property manager. She has been able to get repair work and upgrades to meet Healthy Homes Standards arranged for us that other property managers just couldn't seem to manage.
