My son and I moved from North Island to Blenheim in April 2024 without knowing anyone. We only saw a sign house for rent and we just walked into Bayleys's office and then talked to a charming receptionist telling her we were looking for a home and found one. She gave us an application to fill up. It was only a few hours then I got a call from an agent asking if I would like to see the house. Unbelievably, it was a fast process.
