We popped in to one of Steve’s open homes on the off chance that this would tick all of the boxes for what we were looking for, luckily it did! Steve provided relevant information regarding the home, pointed out some key differences between this and other homes in the area and advised to download the property files. As we needed a home super quick, we placed an offer, which was quick and easy to do. Steve helped us to get our offer over the line and was great to deal with. I have dealt with Jimmy on several occasions and found him to be an excellent commentator who kept me up to date through the whole selling process. New the market and the area i was selling in. His negotiation skills were first class as he brought me 7 offers on the property I was selling (deadline sale). I would recommend him to anyone who's selling there property as Jimmy is a real professional agent.
