Having grown up and lived in the Canterbury Region for much of his life, Steve has a real passion for the area and its people. Having spent many years as a professional sportsman in a team environment, Steve thrives on developing meaningful relationships and achieving positive results that can be enjoyed together. After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in both Marketing and Business, whilst ‘clinging onto’ a rugby career, Steve moved into the world of sales and marketing. Following four years grounding, progression, and eventually looking after the South Island as a South Island Territory Manager, the decision was made to enter Real Estate. Sell and walk away

We honestly wouldn't recommend Steve. After purchasing our new home via Steve, we have had numerous issues. We contacted Steve within 6 days of moving in to advise of the issues and still now, over a month later are having to sort these issues ourselves. Steve's approach has been that a) we didn't advise him early enough and b) there is no proof that the issues were there before we moved in. It's interesting that it can be very easy to say that with "a new build any issues will be sorted" however when it comes down to it, it was more 'sell and walk away'.

Honest and realistic communicator that exceeded our expectations
