Fernanda - Honest, reliable, communication is fantastic and very professional. If we wanted something done, she would get onto it straight away and get back to us with regular updates. I had my son go to a lot of open homes as we are from out of Christchurch and Fernanda was the only agent who greeted him with a friendly smile and a joke or two, took time with him and answered all his questions while other potential buyers were looking through houses as well. NO other agents did this - including other Harcourts agents. Some were rude or even ignored him. Fernanda treats everyone equal and gives time and is very sincere.
