Brad was great at communicating, keeping us up to date with progress regularly via both email and txt and responding quickly when we had queries. He really came into his own though when we were experiencing issues with the purchasers lawyer not communicating well, Brad jumped in and bridged the gap to make sure the sale kept moving forward.
