Hi, I'm Nicole. For me, real estate has never been about houses. It's about people.
Helping someone sell the home they've loved for years. Watching a family collect the keys to a place where they'll create new memories. Guiding people through one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions they'll ever make. That's what I love most about what I do.
Before real estate, I spent many years with one of New Zealand's largest life insurance companies, helping people navigate important life decisions. Looking back, I can see that role gave me the skills I rely on every day. Finding solutions. Communicating openly. Staying calm under pressure. Most importantly, putting people first.
Born and raised on Auckland's North Shore, I feel incredibly fortunate to help people buy and sell homes in the community I've always called home. From Browns Bay and Torbay to Mairangi Bay, Rothesay Bay and the sought after Rangitoto College zone, I know this area well because it's where my family and I have built our lives.
Every home has a story, and every client has different priorities. Some are looking for more space as their family grows. Others are ready to downsize after decades in the same home. Some are chasing a school zone, while others are preparing for a completely new chapter. Whatever your reason for moving, my role is the same: to understand what's important to you, create the right strategy and work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.
Clients often tell me they appreciate my communication just as much as the result itself. I believe you should always know what's happening, what comes next and feel confident that your sale is being handled with care and professionalism. My goal is to make the process feel less overwhelming by being there every step of the way.
Negotiation is one of the parts of my job I enjoy most. It's where preparation, experience and understanding people come together. I'm committed to exploring every opportunity to maximise the outcome because I don't believe in leaving money on the table.
In just a few years, I've been fortunate to build my business through repeat clients, referrals and consistent Top 10 recognition on the North Shore. While I'm incredibly proud of those achievements, they're not what motivates me. The greatest compliment I can receive is when someone recommends me to their family or friends, or calls me again when it's time for their next move.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me enjoying everything that makes the North Shore such a special place to live. Whether it's an early morning walk along Browns Bay beach, spending time with my husband and our three children, or catching up with friends over a matcha, I never take this lifestyle for granted.
If you're thinking about selling your home, I'd love the opportunity to help. I'll give you honest advice, keep you informed and represent your home as if it were my own, with care, commitment and determination to achieve the very best result.
