We found working with Liz to present, market and sell our property was much easier and less stressful than we hd anticipated. We had minimal disruption to our household which was partially staged and the sales strategy worked well . We were given adequate time to vacate the house when extra viewings were needed and feedback from those and the open homes was given in a timely manner.

We recently bought a home with Te Paea, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Right from the start, she really impressed us with her market knowledge and understanding of what was happening in the area. It made the whole search feel much less overwhelming. She was super professional the whole way through, but also easy to talk to and really down-to-earth, which we appreciated given the type of property we were after.
