From help with recommendations for staging, that was good value and decent quality, to advice on little things that needed to be done, he was always accessible, even while we were overseas. I met Grant and Clare following viewing the sales job they did on a similar flat down the road. I invited then to see my flat and discuss a possible sales campaign. Clare stepped forward strongly from day one and ran the campaign she originally sold me. She communicated with me weekly or sometimes more often and therefore kept me in the picture of all issues and the market. Even once the property was confirmed, she kept in touch and assisted both me and the purchaser to the end of the process. I would highly recommend the Clare and Grant team and Tommys.
