His communication was excellent throughout -- always quick to respond, proactive, and happy to answer my many questions. His knowledge of the Wellington market was incredibly valuable, and I always felt like I was getting honest, practical advice rather than a sales pitch. What I appreciated most was that he was never pushy or trying to rush me into a decision. He genuinely wanted me to find the right place (and be 100% comfortable with the place I had chosen), and that made all the difference.
