When I decided to put my house on the market I was looking for a company that could get it sold quickly at a fair market price. Alistair's presentation indicated that he had a good appreciation of my situation, and had a well thought out marketing plan. He had a keen understanding of current market conditions and knew how to leverage the unique features of the house to generate buyer interest. He advised me to invest in obtaining reports that would provide assurance to first home buyers, and an advertising campaign that would provide maximum reach. Alistair was confident and enthusiastic without being pushy, and explained the technicalities of real estate marketing in language I could understand. He provided guidance on how I should stage the house, and kept me motivated to complete the tasks necessary to make the house more appealing to buyers. Tenders closed two and a half weeks after the house went on the market with offers received, resulting in a sale being achieved a few days later. The price was right in line with my expectations and I have to say that Alistair delivered what he said he would... a quick sale at a fair price. He is a true professional and an all round good bloke. I would recommend him to anyone with property to sell.

We chose Sam as our agent because of the depth of his market knowledge, his enthusiasm and ultimately because he was friendly, down to earth and we felt we trusted him. We were right! Sam gave us good advice leading up to the house going on the market and even made himself available when we were unable to meet a tradesperson. He listened to our concerns, and gave us wise thoughts on marketing. Throughout the process Sam's communication with all of us was excellent - he gave us plenty of notice of viewings, and regular feedback on potential purchasers' responses as well as any issues. He followed through on everything he said he would, and we know he worked hard throughout the tender process. Sam has continued to help us with post-sale tasks including liasing between us and the seller. While we didn;t see much of Ben because Sam was so attentive, it was great that he had Ben as a back up - it made life easier when purchasers wanted building inspector/tradespeople to come to the house. We appreciated all the Tommy's agents who took people through the house and their support. Overall, Sam did an outstanding job, he was a good sounding-board and we would definitely use him again and recommend him to other vendors. Thanks Sam and Ben.

Alice is an incredibly hard worker. She listened to us, provided sound advice and got the job done, resulting in a sale that met our expectations. Alice is very quick to respod to communications and has a personal approach, fronting her open homes and getting to know what clients are after. Alexia and Danielle helped us unstintingly through the ups and downs of the home selling process 3 or so years ago and back then were extremely professional, genuine and sincere, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Because of our previous good relationship we chose to use their help again with the selling of our home this time and they didn't disappoint. They did their absolute utmost to present our property positively to potential buyers and worked hard to keep us fully informed through the process. Their 'can do' approach and sense of humour helped us to get through what can be a stressful experience. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them, separately or together. They make a great team!

Sam and Ben are a fantastic team! They were very easy to work with, knowledgeable and highly professional. We dealt primarily with Sam for the sale of our home. What a great experience.
