Excellent service & communication

Julian was very knowledgeable on our local market and was happy to give us his honest advice and opinion before we even signed with him. We appreciated his positive, friendly & professional manner, he has a very calm presence. We had great communication from Julian with an update after every open home, as well as a weekly report with feedback from people that had viewed the property. Julian kept us informed about market changes and consistently followed up on new leads. Despite the slow market, we achieved a good result and never felt pressured to accept the first offer, as we had with other agents. We would recommend Julian to anyone buying or selling a property.

Fantastic Service
