Above and Beyond

I recommend Rachel Hao as a proactive and solution oriented real estate agent who made my home sale a breeze and was always willing to tailor her services to the specific requirements of my situation. Her support went well beyond simply organising marketing brochures and open homes, and she was able to put me in touch with her network of local service providers, which was very helpful. Rachel and her husband truly went above and beyond when my removal company pulled out at the last minute a few days before settlement day, and they managed to set me up with another international removal company at one day's notice. Rachel is a good negotiator who listened to the needs of both parties for a great outcome.

Rachel is a good listener and passionate about getting the job done. I visited the property on several occasions checking details, this was never a problem for Rachel and she was very helpful in finding out the property information I required. Rachel is a good negotiator and was able to pull this deal together with a great outcome for both parties. I would definitely recommend Rachel as an agent.
