Calm, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process

Kylie was genuinely excellent to work with. She was consistently helpful and made sure we had every piece of information we asked for, including arranging a viewing of the lease land nd river access without any fuss. When we needed extra steps taken—like organising builder’s inspection or asking additional questions—she never pushed back or made things difficult. What stood out most was her style. She wasn’t pushy, she didn’t try to force urgency, and she clearly understood that we were a good fit for the property. She guided us through the process in a calm, grounded way, helping us understand each stage and answering our questions as they came up. Working with Kylie felt straightforward, respectful, and well-supported. We’d happily recommend her.
