putting the REAL in Real Estate

As returning vendors with Channyn - the process was as smooth as it could have been. We started engaging with Channyn a few months before going on the market to ensure our renovations were doing everything they could to provide a good result and she was always happy to help. Channyn was clear and concise throughout the whole process - and made selling in a slow market pain free. She was so flexible to work around us and was key in finalising the offer that was on the table. When things started looking rocky - Channyn was upbeat, realistic and made sure things kept moving along until eventually the sold sign went up.
