Anna, set my mind at ease from our first meeting. For me it was going to be a very emotional time selling my parents' estate. I wanted someone I could trust and communicate well with. I had this with Anna, and she always made time for my questions and guided me through the entire process. I valued her honesty and plain speaking when I asked blunt questions.
