Therefore we enlisted his services on the spot without the need to meet with other agents. We were provided with a detailed marketing plan which involved two open homes through to a deadline sale. At first we thought we would extend that to three open homes, however upon reflection we decided to remain with the initial plan which turned out to be absolutely the way to go. We were absolutely delighted with the photography and felt they had captured the true essence of the property. The video of Rupert and Scoota was cute ! After twelve days on the market, two open homes and numerous private viewings, we were presented with three offers at deadline. One of which we immediately accepted. Team Rupert Kemeys set up a group Whats App Chat which made our communication seamless. We really didn't require their more formal updates as we felt we were 'in the loop' throughout the entire process, therefore their communication style was brilliant and really suited us. With having recently sold a neighboring property, Team Rupert Kemeys brought with them their data base of prospective purchasers looking to purchase in the area, which could only have been advantageous to our sale. Therefore, in summary we could not speak more highly of Team Rupert Kemeys. We are more than happy to endorse their services and will most certainly entrust them with any future properties.
