Rupert has quite an extensive knowledge of Naenae and the surrounding suburbs. He was able to show us recent sales of houses similar to ours in the immediate surrounding areas which had us comparing 'like' with 'like' as opposed to brand new town houses etc, that bore no relevance to our sale. Regarding communication - Rupert was easy to speak with. He was quite detailed with his explanation of what selling a house entailed, what we can expect, what our responsibilities were, and what his (the company) actions are in facilitating the sale.
