Buying through Grace and the team at Clarke and Co was a great experience. Grace in particular was awesome to deal with, timely with communication, very approachable, and easy to talk to. She liaised with another Real Estate agent to find a purchaser for an apartment in a building that required seismic strengthening. Provided advice, that proved correct, not to go to the market when the purchaser was unable to raise the required funds. Six months later was able to link up with the earlier prospective purchaser through her contacts resulting in a contract to sell. The sale was successful although there were a number of difficulties along the way that she provided help to resolve. I would employ Kate again and recommend her to others.

We met Deneika at an open home in Trentham which turned out to be not quite right for us, now usually agents say they will be in contact if anything suitable comes their way and you never hear from them again, but Deneika shortly after put us onto a place in Silverstream that ticked all our boxes, she helped us get the information we needed, organised and met us for private viewings and building inspections, answered all our stupid questions at strange times of the evening and explained everything we needed to know. Absolute star right from the beginning. Six stars out of five.
We had a wonderful experience with Deneika Rofe. She was warm, approachable and consistently highly responsive. As first-time home buyers her patience and friendly manner made the process comfortable and reassuring - truly a delight to work with.
