Brent exceeded my expectations of a real estate agent in every way

I live out of town and was the executor of my father's estate. Brent went above and beyond what was required to help me get the property to market. He would meet trades people at the house , put me in contact with local companies I needed, sent me videos of work I had done. He did so much I did not need to visit the property at all. His communication style, market knowledge, negotiation skills and professionalism were excellent. He sold the property quickly and met price expectations in a slow market. I could tell he was very supportive to the purchasers as well and everything went smoothly.
