Pros: - generally everything about working with Sheree and Gerard - highly flexible, almost always available for a call or to help us out - very informative and helped guide us through the process - friendly and easy to work with, really good people - extremely communicative to ensure we were always informed of what was happening, and followed up proactively (which helped when we were not on top of our tasks) - we really appreciated that they were not too pushy and generally gave us space to make decisions - negotiations always felt like they were between us and the vendor, Sheree and Gerard facilitated these conversations and helped them to go smoothly - often they would help us to clearly communicate with the vendor regarding our wants/needs, and vice versa, so we could always know where things sat during negotiations, inspections, various stages. Cons: - only minor suggestions, by and large they were fantastic - it is difficult given the pressures of the job, but often we had to answer calls (sometimes multiple times a day) during work hours that were a bit inconvenient. We could have set a time to call during the day that was more convenient and didn't require us to step out of work so often - sometimes it felt silly to have to communicate through Sheree and Gerard for everything. We aren't sure if there is a solution for this, but it definitely introduced delays and added stress

I would have to rate Michael Hinds 20/10. He is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever dealt with and was crucial in the sale of our investment property in central Wellington. Communication from the moment we engaged Michael and the Just Paterson Realty team was excellent. Prior to marketing our property Michael advised us to get a building report because of its monolithic cladding. The report showed some issues that needed attention and as we don’t live in Wellington, Michael became the primary project manager. He worked tirelessly with contractors to rectify these issues so we could market our property with integrity. They also went above and beyond the call of duty by ensuring the property always looked its best for Open Homes. If you are looking for a good real estate agent then look no further.
