Paul gave us excellent advice on the marketing, sale price, and process.

In a difficult market Paul was able to achieve a good price in a timely manner . He made the process easy and was transparent, and kept us informed all through out the sale. Paul negotiated a fair deal for us, especially given how difficult the market is in our region at present, achieving the sale in a far quicker time than we expected given the market conditions.
