I left it to them to do their job. They were professional and Thomas Garcias associate was excellent. (Khalil Thomas) A long term recently retired land agent recommended Thomas as someone she would use herself if she was to sell her property. That was good enough for me and he and his associates had our apartment sold signed and dusted within 4 weeks of going to market. I cannot recommend those agents of Ray White high enough.

He guided us through the whole process with property and made it a lot more straight forward than we assumed. He’s professional and knows the local market well. He’s dependable and not kidding about being a phone call away. He worked well with Khalil and made sure we’re looked after even if he’s away. Highly recommend and would work with Tom and Khalil again.

Rochelle and Dora where fantastic to deal with throughout the whole sale process. I wanted frank, honest and upfront communication in the hope to get the best outcome and they delivered in that and more. The organisation, check ins, follow ups, pushing where needed was perfect. It was actually faultless, they made everything easy in a reasonably difficult situation, and went over and above. I thought we were taking a slight risk as the area of sale was not exactly in there core location - near but not exactly there usual. But, I am so so happy we did. If you are thinking about selling your property and they are an option - pick their team. The history of sale, manner and process is perfect, to the very end. Jadyn is very good with people and takes great initiative to get things done. We had some issues with council and he dealt with it promptly to ensure a smooth sale. Jadyn and Dora make a great team and are very professional.
