His communication was great. If I ever needed to contact him it would always be a same-day conversation. Due to the market, we didn't get the price we were hoping for, but Sam was upfront about this the entire way, he was honest and communicated clearly.

Communication is fantastic. Pep talks and encouragement in times of indecision. Works way too late into the night trying to achieve an outcome. Races around to get papers signed. Suggests ideas opposed to demanding . All round good guy, hard working, polite, respectful and a cool hair cut! Highly recommend 👌
