Couldn’t have done it without Evan!

My husband and I just finished the process of buying our first home and we really couldn’t have done it without the help of Evan Davies! From the moment we first met him we knew we wanted him to be the one to guide us through this process. He was so kind and helpful from the very first time and was happy to answer ALL our questions, he was alway available when we needed him and had excellent communication skills especially when it came to keeping us updated through the process. Shirley has added real value to our property sale.

Shirley truly love to help both buyers and sellers achieve their objectives by her wide industry knowledge and experience, coupled with her extensive network of related specialists. In our case she was focused on bringing up the value of our property functionally, legally and aesthetically. All done as she just wanted the best for both sellers and buyers. Her approach was also not pushy as she wanted to do things right. It took us a few months to prepare for listing. At the same time she was mindful of the trends and season and advised us accordingly. Lastly, she has a team who worked effectively, helping one another. This was so evident on auction day when I could see the team fully mobilised to make the auction a success. Overall both buyers and sellers were happy with her services and I strongly recommend that you have a chat with her for your property needs.

Bestest Agent Ever!

I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking to sell their home. Tony did an outstanding job selling my property at 95 Keri Vista Rise and I am very grateful for his help throughout the process. Selling a home can be very stressful, but Tony made everything much easier from start to finish. He was professional, focused, and always working hard to get the best result. What stood out most was his communication. After every weekend of open homes, Tony would call me every Monday with updates on viewings, buyer feedback, and next steps. He also shared his goals and progress, which I had never experienced with other agents. This gave me strong trust and confidence because I always knew what was happening. Tony is very organised and on top of everything. I never had to chase him for updates. He always responded quickly and stayed ahead of tasks. When issues came up, he stayed calm and found simple, fast solutions. He focused on fixing problems instead of stressing about them, which really reduced my stress. He also treated me with kindness and respect. He was easy to talk to, never judged me, and always listened properly. I felt comfortable asking anything.
