From start to finish, Brad showed his commitment to the task of selling the property. He pursued every avenue to attract potential buyers. He had a team of people whom he could tap into to get property ready for sale in the quickest time possible. His advice throughout the process was honest and realistic especially in the current market. He communicated well throughout the process even when I was out of the country for much of the time the property was on the market. I was kept well informed after each open home and he gave insightful feedback. Brad negotiated confidently based on his knowledge of the area and the current housing market. The whole process moved seamlessly and the house was sold quickly.

Brad adapted his approach at speed and understood the vendor need instantly. His communication was clear and was flexible on detail and timings when needed to help manage a move about kids and wider situations.

I had a difficult section to sell, it had some complications and although it was in a great location it wasnt an easy sell due to its history. Brad not only helped us through the whole process with me now living offshore, but he managed to sell the land and offered us a realistic and honest appraisal. I couldnt be more happy with his service or his assistance but without doubt I couldnt be more grateful for his attitude. Through a difficult negotiation he made us feel that our needs were fully understood, and that he had our best interests at heart throughout. He has a great personality, we laughed and shared some hilarious stories and he went way above to make us comfortable with the final outcome. We are 80 year olds and Brad came and took us through all the steps, step by step on our journey never loosing patience. He kept in regular contact keeping us informed in a professional manner. It was a long settlement period and he maintained regular contact, I would recommend him.

We had a bad experience to start of with Ray White mirangi bay Robbie Castle lacked knowledge and understanding of the market and gave us bad advice and in the end we lost money and future properties and ended up very stressed and frustrated, we were about to go to another agent when Brad came along to try and right the wrongs, unfortunately Brad coped alot of the flack of our frustration we had stored up from the last agent, however Brad Leonard is way more professional and we actually felt more at ease with his knowledge and enthusiasm, he heard us and got our house sold within a month where the other agent Robbie Castle spent 3months of nothing to avail, while we didn't get anywhere near what we wanted for our house due to the current market and lack of knowledge and false promises of the first agent Robbie Castle, Brad got our house sold so we can move on to our forever home. My advice is go with Brad from the get go do your home work on your agents look at their sales history and see how much they have sold in the area get a few agents before you settle especially if your new to selling or buying, we have learnt alot on this journey and knowledge is key.
