I called up Nandi after an unsuccessful sales campaign with another agent. Firstly Nandi was successful in the sale of our house which the previous agent unfortunately was unable to do. She helped us work through the counter offer situation. She went above and beyond working for us including setting up a temporary electricity account for us and arranging all necessary work to be done of the property to get us over the line. Jacqueline met us to Apraise our home and we realised she actually lived close by so was very knowledgeable of our area which impressed us. Her warm, friendly nature and the Lindt Chocolate Easter Bunny that she handed over had us sold on her. She had great tastes in how to dress our home to maximise the effects for photos. She was fine with changing open home times but was always happy and smiling to wait for the elusive buyer that finally arrived. She was very professional, has a great sense of humour and we both trusted her completely.
