Smooth Sailing

Our experience with Kelly was amazing to say the least, we had just under one month until our daughter was here and needed a house asap. We had been looking for months but felt no agent took us seriously due to our age, this all changed when we meet Kelly and the amazing team at Eves Real Estate. Within 1/2 an hour of us leaving the Real Estate firm Kelly had sent us multiple properties all within our budget and needs. It was as simple as scrolling through a catalog, we saw our dream home, messaged Kelly and within 2 days we had viewed the house and were ready to put an offer in. Kelly made it incredibly smooth and easy for us to buy our home. She is extremely lovely to work with and always goes above and beyond so the buyer doesn’t have to lift a finger. If we had any question day or night, we knew we could email and within the hour Kelly would have answered and was ready and waiting to help with the next step. When we come to buy our next home we already know the exact Real estate agent we want to buy through again and that will always be Kelly, the care and support she has for her clients leaves an ever lasting warm patch in your heart when you know someone has the upmost respect and care to put your family into a home. There were no stones left unturned when knowing property details and Kelly had all the paper work to show us every detail about the home once again sealing our trust in knowing our home was going to be everything that we were looking for. Fantastic Agent to deal with in every sense of the word. Professional, trustworthy, respectful.

Mat knows his stuff. We found him to have up to date market knowledge which was extremely helpful. He was respectful with all communication, knowing it is a stressful time for both purchasers and vendors alike, whilst maintained a calming approach. He was on point with his negotiation skills, which I believe reached top dollar for our property sale. A Well-polished Agent who I would not hesitate in using again, and recommend to anyone needing an honest and upfront Agent

We had a great experience working with Sally to sell our home. From our first meeting, she was honest and upfront about what to expect, and she never overpromised. She gave us realistic expectations around the process and the sale price, and in the end, she delivered exactly what she said she would. Sally was always friendly, entertaining, approachable, and easy to deal with.
