I was contemplating doing up my rental property before selling it. Thisccwoukd have cost around $50,000 Steve's advice saved me a lot of work and time. His advice was not to go-ahead because a new owner might not agree with what was done and they would still spend money on changing things. I agreed that was a good point so left a clean slate instead. This turned out to be correct thinking. While the market has been depressed lately we had to be realistic and this resulted in a good sale after just 5 weeks or so. A very satisfying result. Steve's reasoning is based on experience of property markets boyh high and low has paid off for me.

She knows the market and what is needed to bring a house and a buyer together. Like me, she is a realist and this time she was bringing my house onto the currently deoressed real estate market (2026). Yet it still sold after 6 weeks which I consider a great result. Glenis is a very personable lady and works well with her clients. This is my 2nd successful deal through glenis and if I need to sell another property, she will be my firsf port of call.

Lesley is amazing in what she does. She is an amazing communicator and was understanding amd patient with me through the whole process. Even though we didn't get to the price we would have hoped, I know Lesley did her very best to get us the best possible price we could under the circumstances and the time we had.
