We had such a wonderful experience working with Ben in the sale of my parents' home. From the outset he was both highly professional but also very kind and considerate while working with my elderly parents. This was a stressful time for them, but Ben was extremely patient and reassuring throughout. He kept my parents and my family up to date with everything. Michelle was also a fabulous part of the team, as was Laura in the office. It was a very pleasing result, and I couldn't recommend Ben and Michelle more highly. We are very grateful.

The experience we had with Ben and Michelle made the whole journey a breeze .Anything Ben saw that could create a hiccup in procedure was quickly attended to. From an error in Cross lease papers, to suggesting we have a Building report at hand , all sorted prior. Their communication , especially with Whats App available was top notch. The short time frame , worked well, no one lost momentum and we sold at Auction, with a fantastic result. This sale was all about professionalism in Ben and Michelle knowing the market , and their appreciation to us in how the property was presented Ben's advice on having a snappy three week campaign was the right choice.

We recently bought this property where Ben represented the vendors. Throughout the pre-purchase process, he was highly responsive, quick to get answers to our questions from the sellers, and very accommodating with arranging additional viewings. On auction day, we did feel he put a bit of unnecessary pressure on us to stretch past our comfort zone and naturally favoured the seller's interests, but overall, his communication and organisation made the buying process smooth.

Time was of the essence for us. Lynnette sensed this and wasted no time in getting the deal together and settled promptly for us. She is smart and professional.
