Gareth and his team did a great job on our house it was the second time we have used him and would definitely recommend him and Tony great job team yet again 🤩

Great market knowledge and contacts led to our purchase. Good communication. Commitment was great to help us get the sale over a single day.

Gareth and his team member Kylie were patient, professional and never pressured us into making a decision. They gave us the time and space we needed while providing excellent guidance. Their negotiation skills were outstanding, and communication was always clear and efficient. We highly recommend them for a smooth and stress-free property experience.

One of Bobs agents, Milu spent a morning showing me an array of homes for sale. I ended up moving further out to Gulf Harbour and signed up with another agency to buy out there, but an unfavourable building report caused that deal to be cancelled. Milu kept in touch and i ended up going back to a home she had shown me earlier 13 Madison Terrace in Millwater. The home already had an offer on it band through Bob and Milu we managed to secure the property, we had been looking for months and two previous sales did not eventuate, but third time lucky. Thank you Team Bob.

We recently purchased a home through Leo from Team Bob Qin and had a great experience. We first met Leo at an open home last September. At the time, were weren’t yet on the market and were just beginning to explore the area. Leo stayed in touch, keeping us updated with relevant properties that suited our needs. He quickly understood the type of property we were looking for as we were downsizing and wanted certain specs for our next home. Throughout the process, Leo was professional, very knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. We have now successfully completed our purchase through him and very happy with the outcome. We would happily recommend Leo to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We recently sold our property through Bob Qin and the team at Barfoot & Thompson - Browns Bay, and we are very pleased with the result. Bob was professional, friendly, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the market and guidance gave us confidence every step of the way, and he worked hard to ensure we achieved the price we wanted for our home. The whole team provided excellent communication and support, making the selling process much less stressful than we expected. We would highly recommend Bob Qin and the Barfoot & Thompson Browns Bay team to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for helping us achieve a great outcome.

Very professional… great communication and would highly recommend dealing with Lavashnee.

Lavashnee was an exceptional agent, going the extra mile ile for me. Nothing was too much trouble. She worked tirelessly to get a sale and remained dedicated all the way through to settlement

Strong market knowledge, friendly and approachable. Just wonderful to have selling our home.

Would highly recommend Tyler and his team from Ray White, great communication, and professionalism shown throughout our campaign.

Tyler demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the market and brought comparisons of similar properties allowing an accurate generation of current market value. He communicated clearly and regularly and I always knew what was going on. He was empathetic and considerate to my situation. I was very pleased with the final result. Tyler will be the first agent I contact when I am next looking to buy or sell a property.

Tyler, was very clear and communicated regularly throughout process. He listened to what my concerns were and was active at finding solutions where appropriate.
