They were knowledge, and knew how to attract the right buyers, and present the property well to sell. They communicated regularly and promptly. Unfortunately we sold in a bad market, therefore not for a price that we were hoping for - but it's likely that Jev and Matts efforts were what helped to sell our place at a time when others are not selling, or taking considerably longer.
