I have bought and sold a number of properties over the last 20 years, and Ralph stands out as the best agent I've ever worked with. He was incredibly professional, while remaining human, responsive and compassionate during what could have been a stressful process. Juggling two vendors in different locations wasn't easy, but he managed an outstanding campaign that resulted in three offers after just one open home - our property was on the market for just 10 days before a SOLD sign was up! Ralph set realistic expectations, while still remaining ambitious and positive. His sense of humour, extensive knowledge of the local market, and willingness to run around with a vacuum cleaner if needed before any viewings (given we were not living locally!) were greatly appreciated.
